Anna Santaella Tortós-Sala PhD

Junior Consultant Pharmacovigilance

Anna has a strong academic background with a bachelor’s degree in Biotechnology, a master’s degree in Medical Neurosciences and PhD in Medical Sciences. Her research mainly focused on regenerative therapy using stem cells and biomarkers for Parkinson’s disease (PD) and early-stage biomarkers of inflammation for PD. Previously to her master’s, she also worked writing non-EEU marketing authorization dossiers for veterinary products. In 2021, Anna joined DADA’s pharmacovigilance department in the Benefit Risk Management team, where she will be writing periodic safety reports, risk management plans, and signal detection reports.
